John Shaffer Esq.

John Shaffer is a graduate of Temple Law and Greensburg native. His passion for justice and interest in criminal defense led him to work the Innocence Project and Bucks County Public Defender’s Office during law school.

After graduation, he joined Stark’s Law PC, and discovered a newfound passion for debt defense and consumer protection. John knows firsthand how overwhelming and out-of-reach the legal system can feel, especially to the average person. John has experience in a variety of criminal defense cases ranging from simple cases like retail theft to more serious cases like aggravated assault and homicide. And has worked on hundreds of debt cases, both defending individuals from debt collection suits and filing suits against debt collectors on behalf of the people. Through the criminal defense and consumer protection cases, he fights to bring people justice and peace of mind.

Vincent Trott is a 2009 graduate of Villanova Law School. He spent the first eight years of his career working with some of the largest law firms and corporations. In 2017, Vincent returned to what first got him interested in the law, helping ordinary people by providing affordable legal representation

Since then, Vincent has helped regular individuals navigate the legal system and protect their rights, with a focus on consumer rights law such as defending consumer debt collection lawsuits, debt negotiations and bankruptcies. Vincent has also turned the tables on debt collectors and sued them under various consumer protection laws such as the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA). In addition to consumer rights, Vincent also represents clients in Criminal Matters, including DUI cases, and PennDot Appeals.
